Once upon a time during rainy season in Hyderabad, there was a road from Nalgonda X roads to Koti. The road was full of potholes and despite repeated complaints, nobody bothered to repair it. But people still used the same road and traffic jam was a routine affair. As always, everybody eagerly waited for the elections to come for the road to be restored.
Suddenly, one morning commuters found that the road was relaid and was shining like a plain black sheet. Nobody understood the reason. Then in the next day's newspaper, it was given that the CM was visiting that place to inaugurate a new constructed fly-over.
So children, the moral of the story is that 'a CM visit will work wonders in India.'

The CM would do a lot of good to the city if he went on a guided tour of Hyderabad.
