After a one-week of fantastic, stress-free yet responsible Bangalore trip, I was back in my hometown yesterday. It was my second visit to the silicon valley and I enjoyed every minute of it. Here is my SWOT analysis of the garden city:
The Good: Greenery which never ends, mesmerizing architecture of buildings, cosmopolitan culture, helping nature of people, availability of quality food and cool weather.
The Bad: Auto wallahs (way ahead of Hyderabad auto guys in terms of looting people), bad roads (such a city deserves better roads), lack of widespread availability of cinema halls, traffic jams and frequent signals. However, as one advertising hoarding says, "Even New York has traffic jams. I believe in Bangalore," one can ignore this attribute.
The Ugly: Discrimination between Kannada and non-Kannada movies in terms of pricing of movie tickets and allocation of huge prime land to Christian schools, colleges and Churches.
In sum, Benguluru rocks.
