Send in your message to all the dead and injured in Mumbai blasts. SMS to XXXXXX
These are the some of the irresponsible and unscrupulous sentences that were visible on a couple of regional and national news channels during their broadcast of the scenes from the terrorists-infested Mumbai. How on earth can such bloody invitations be on air when people are in deep shit?
As always, a few enthusiastic desh bhakts responded to the mindless invitation and the result: a hell lot of messages scrolling at the bottom of the television screen. Nobody would venture to read those messages, but the sms would earn a hell lot of money for the channels and the mobile operators.
India is great!

Shame on the TV channels who try to earn money even in times like this.

That's business. One person's loss is other person's gain.

It happens only in India. Media today does not have the same respect courtesy a few channels and newspapers v(d)ying to commercialise anything and everything.
